Estimated delivery time highly depends on a drop chance and thus can not be accurately predicted. It may take up to 1 day to collect 1 piece of gear and up to 1 week to collect full 6/6 Gear Set.
The Division 2 gear sets are a vital part of endgame progress, assemble crafting, and PvP. These armor sets provide unique buffs and traits on your character agent if you have enough gear set pieces equipped at the same time, providing you an advantage over opponents and allowing you to specialize in specific combat playstyle. Contrary to the Brand Sets that agents have been grinding prior to World Tier 5, gear sets need all 6 pieces equipped to trigger its unique abilities. The initial three Division 2 gear sets released together with the Tidal Basin Stronghold and World Tier 5 release. Then, another three - Aces & Eights, Tip of the Spear, and Negotiator's Dilemma - became available after the Operation Dark Hours raid's release.
The Demolitionist gear set, called Negotiators Dilemma, is designed for tanky builds because of its initial bonuses and getting 5/6 or 6/6 set pieces is where things start to get interesting. Having five pieces of Negotiators Dilemma equipped at once adds the Blowback perk, and this one is great. If your armor is drained, you will automatically launch a grenade at the enemy target, and this can occur once every three seconds. Wearing the complete set of Negotiators Dilemma triggers a perk called Press Home the Advantage. With this active, explosions you make pile a "bombardier" buff, and every stack adds +10% explosive damage to party or raid team members, while you will get 10% bonus armor for 10 seconds. That's dope!
Set Bonus (2/6): 10K Armor on Kill.
Set Bonus (3/6): +30% Health.
Set Bonus (4/6): 30% Explosive Resistance.
Set Bonus (5/6): Blowback. Launch a grenade at the target that depleted your armor, can occur once every 3 seconds.
Set Bonus (6/6): Press Home for Advantage. Explosions caused by the player stacks a bombardier buff. Each stack of the buff grants Party/Raid members +10% explosive damage and the player with 10% bonus armor for 10s.
